Its a newer furnace so there’s no “pilot” per se. Regardless, the odd thing (to me) is how it always works after a power cycle. If it were rust or something physical then that wouldn’t be the case. 100% of the time after shutting down the power for > 5 minutes… it works. But it works exactly one time.
