Moonpig has to be the most un-user… Moonpig has to be the most un-user friendly app on the we. All you want to do is order a nice card reasonable quickly this never happens with Moonpig. I always get so frustrated every time I use it and have now vowed NEVER to use it again. Fucky Pidgeon is by far a better app to use and the cards arrive.

Moonpig said there’s nothing that can be done ….. once you’ve paid, no amendments are accepted. So even though the card won’t be dispatched for at least another week, they cannot simply fish it out and not post it. How insensitive.
