Have the injectors cleaned by a pro (Involves hooking the fuel rail up and pushing a cleaning solution through them). Have the catalytic convertor checked out and replace the o2 sensor. Depending on the mileage, the engine itself is probably in good shape. It probably just needs gone over real good.
