What Level Does Ponyta Evolve

When is Ponita produced in Pokemon Platinum? 3

I have a Level 36 Platinum Pony. I thought it was ready now, but it didn't. I joined Level 24 NPC Rapidash Trainer, so I don't think I will progress in training. I've never trained a pony so I don't know. Also, I thought the stones might work, but they are not sold in department stores. I have 4 badges and my pony tricks:

I hate it when you NPCs fight impossible Pokémon! I once met a trainer who had a gold level of 21. Psyd continues to develop on 33 !!

But be patient, you are almost there! As others have said, at level 40 you will become Ponyta Rapidash.
