ODO stands for Odometer, which records the total distance covered by this (device).

It can be rearranged in most exercises ... but most users can't. In some cases (such as Gold's Gym or 24 Hour Fitness), the club disables the reset odometer to check if the device is used frequently and when it should be removed from service for repairs.

If you are in the United States, the number is probably related to the distance measured in miles. Elsewhere, the difficulties are as good as the mileage.

Since you said that your SD is in miles, it means that the odometer is in miles.

For a stationary go, the object actually measured is the distance determined by the rotating surface of the wheel (the odometer is calibrated to the outer diameter of the steering wheel part). So if the wheel turns, it will cover 48 miles (via w, you asked your question).
