Answer: Rising sun, Birds chirping, Sounds of Roasters, Droplets of water , blanket of clouds, rustling of leaves and silent atmosphere….

When I hear the word “challenges”, what comes to my mind is the sense of difficulty or the image of an obstacle.
What do you think of when you hear the word grandparents?
Yes! Often when we hear the word ‘grandparent´ we think of an elderly person. It also projected that by 2020 there will be 80 million grandparents in the world, which means nearly one in three adults. For a kid, having a grandparent around means having the perfect companion for fun, creativity, and imagination.
What is the first thing that comes into your mind when you heard the word exercise?
Answer: When I hear the word EXERCISE, what comes to my mind are the need to do’s, a physical activity, etc.

Grandparents are a valuable resource because they have so many stories and experiences from their own lives to share. Oftentimes children will listen to grandparents even when they are not listening to their parents or other adults. Grandparents also offer a link to a child’s cultural heritage and family history.
What do you think of when you hear family?
When we hear the word “family” many images come to mind. We think about our children, our partners, our parents, our brothers and sisters, our aunts, uncles, or cousins, our grandparents, our friends… Family is about connection – it’s about the network of relationships that are important to us.
What comes to your mind when you hear the word Zumba?
Zumba is an interval workout. The classes move between high- and low-intensity dance moves designed to get your heart rate up and boost cardio endurance. zumba is exercise dance while the other types of dance are for entertainment.
How you express your love to others?
Words. Some people feel and demonstrate love through words. Giving compliments and encouragement, saying “I love you,” and leaving notes of affection and appreciation are all ways of letting people know how much they mean to you.
