Web 3.0
It is sometimes used to refer to the semantic web. (See also Semantic Web) webOS is the operating system used in the latest generation of Palm smartphones, including the Pre and Pixi. WebOS apps are developed using web standards (HTML, Javascript, and CSS), which means there is a low barrier to entry for web developers to create mobile apps for webOS compared to other mobile platforms. Unlike the current iPhone, this allows you to open multiple apps at once.
