U Post Vs T Post

U Post Vs T Post

What is the difference between UPos and TPos? 3

We need a 6 foot wire mesh. Lowes has UPost of this size, but not TPPpost. What is the difference between using U or T station?

update

We buy 7 feet UP post. All you have to do is attack the fence. They are OK, but they are facing ahead instead of getting up. I thought you hung a wire net on them. Sorry for ignoring this.

The shape of the stem looks like a U at one end, T at the other.

The U-shaped ones I've seen in the past aren't as durable as the Tposts, which are made of thinner steel.

Oscars are the type used for tea post forms and field fences. All you have to do is hit the ground, not the rail above.

The U-shaped mast is made of thin and easily bent metal. Tea posts are made of thick, hardened steel. I don't see any U or T posts for the 6 foot fence in Loose. Length must be at least 7. U-posts can be overlapped and saved to pull, but the power will be reduced.

T-posts are for upper rails that prevent the fence from bending and provide support.

U-posts do not allow upper rails, so your wire fence appears at the top. You can squeeze it as hard as before, but it will give way over time.
