Making Totoyau?
Topo Gigiu was the main puppet character on Italian and Spanish television in the early 1960s. Created by artist Maria Perego, the role debuted on Italian television in 1959 and starred actor Giuseppe Pepino Molo and later David Garbolino. The Italian title is derived from Gigi Lugi (Louis), so Topo Gigiu can be translated as Louis Mouse. Topo Gigiu, a soft foam rat with dreamy eyes and childlike personality, has been popular in Italy for many years, not only on television but also in magazines such as the classic Corey de Picoli, animated films, films and marketing. After appearing in The Ed Sullivan in the United States, the character's fame spread all over the world. In a recent interview with Young Rivers in the Stern Hundred neighborhood, June revealed that he wrote the screenplay for Topo Gajio in the United States for the first time as a celebrity writer. Today, Topo Gajio is still a loyal follower and has become an icon of Italian and Spanish pop culture. He appears regularly at the Zeco dOro Festival and other Antoniano and RAI events. In 1965, the feature film Le Avanture di Topo Gigio (The Adventures of Top Gigio) was released internationally.
