They Took The Job Posting Down After I Interviewed

I applied for a job and was fired. what is the meaning of this? Is my stomach full? 3

I applied for the position 5 weeks ago and had a short list and two personal interviews. The hiring manager emailed me a week ago to let me know that he was still in the interview. The job advertisement was deleted two days later. I registered on the company's website and the application status was vacant next to the position I had applied for.

Does that mean he holds the position or has he not made a decision? I have not received any email or any other indication that the post has been filled and my application status is empty.

When a job is removed from the queue, it is blocked for all other applicants, that's all.

Your question may be why? And the answer is: Only employees know why. That doesn't mean it's too dark or too negative. The thing is, jobs are open, jobs are closed, this is a very common cycle of events.

This may mean that they no longer ask questions, but decide anyway. When I applied for my last job, it was canceled the day after our interview. He is still being hired, which does not mean he is doing it because the position is already filled.

It can mean anything. This could mean that they are full or they have enough qualified candidates. It can be both a good sign and a bad sign at the same time. Okay, that means they're looking for someone qualified ... maybe you. Feeling we have 'Run out of gas' emotionally. However, it can also be a bad sign. If you have signed up and it still exists, it may mean that they think you are not eligible and they are still searching. Looking for a job ... that's all.

Hi Ashley, I know this is frustrating, but it is not strange.

Nothing can happen. You may have received so many orders that you no longer need them. They may have made a decision or they may have retired.

Follow-up doesn't get in the way, and since you've already been in touch over the phone and in person, it makes sense to call to ask about status and decisions because you're passionate about your work.

I also had an interview and I emailed the recruiter and he didn't answer and that's what I'm asking now. Keep your fingers crossed.

This does not mean that they have worked, it just means that they have enough.
