Lately, I've been having issues with my inbox and draft mailbox like everyone else. Some email folders show the message, others just the error message.
I found the solution to go to my email in the browser, click on settings gear in the top right corner, go to settings, in the email screen, uncheck chat enable. The page that says edit this setting will automatically update the email when you click Save. Click Save and the email page will be refreshed.
Inbox now shows me the message.
