Telecommunications services now include fixed-line services (data retail, Internet retail, voice retail, and wholesale) and mobile services. Fixed Data Services: Includes all retail revenues from leased/private lines, packets, and circuit switched access services (e.g., Frame Relay, Asynchronous Transfer Mode, IP, Integrated Services Digital Network, DSL, Multipoint Multipoint Distribution [MMDS], and Satellite). † No distinction is made between the type of traffic or the applications carried by these services. Through these services all kinds of broadcasts can be done - not voice, pictures, video, fax, interactive services and even voice - regardless of whether the source format is analog or digital. All revenues reflect the service provider's annual retail revenue paid to businesses and individuals by the end user of the service, excluding wholesale or carrier revenue.

Fixed voice services: reflects the revenues from voice services sold as such to end users and includes the provision of local and long distance voice related services (this category includes charges for calls, line rental/subscriptions and connection charges). , enhanced voice services, PSTN fax and data services, and VoIP retail revenue paid by end users for business and residential customers, excluding wholesale or operator revenue. Mobile services are revenues from mobile calling and mobile data usage (Short Message Service [SMS] and mobile data access) of all mobile operators in this regional market. Special taxes do not apply. This category includes revenue from mobile payments, mobile data access, SMS payments, line rental/subscription and connection costs.

Wholesale/shipping services are not included in the company's IT costs. Carrier/wholesale services reflect carriers' revenues from inter-carrier transactions.
