Hello everyone. By the way, I brush my teeth every morning and for some reason my stomach hurts after going to the gym. I don't make toothpaste, I take it and rinse it. I don't know why. I guess my question is: is there any toothpaste that can help me with this? I have a very uncomfortable feeling in my stomach and it happens every day.

You may have acid in your stomach (a reflex reaction). Any toothpaste will cause ... (your stomach thinks you're going to eat). Have breakfast ... then wait a while before brushing your teeth ... the results will probably be better.

This has been happening to me for over 15 years. I noticed that I had a stomach ache when I brushed my teeth and drank water. I recently switched to TOMS toothpaste and no episodes. I'm not sure it makes any difference, but I did use a mint flavor.

I think i know what you mean Sometimes when I sleep a lot and brush my teeth, I have a stomach ache and a headache. I don't even know why this is happening, but I can see you looking :)
