I was walking down the slope when he stabbed me in the leg !!!! Help !!!? 3

I accidentally stepped on it and it literally pierced my skin!

I have a foot on my leg as if I have been stabbed.

1) Earrings removed (very painful)

4) Always walk with striped socks.

5) Put Neosporin on it and put it back on ice

It happened around 8:15 this morning ....... please advise me !!!
