Definition of Severable contract:
The agreement consists of several parts or clauses, so that each part or clause can be ■■■■■■■■ separately from the others. Violation of one or more parts of the contract is not always a breach of contract. In addition, a judicial revocation of one or more parts of an agreement that can be separated by a court of law (known as a judicial revocation) is not always wrong. See also distribution contract.
