I studied Spanish at Rosetta Stone and she recognized my education. My Spanish training is very good and so is my microphone. What happened to this program or is it normal? It costs 169 pounds and you don't even recognize my ■■■■ ..?

First of all, as mentioned earlier, try to change the male / female setting. Try both settings and see which one works best. (Software programmers can say nothing but your voice, just because of your gender!)

Second, keep the noise to a minimum. It will be recorded if the TV is on or if you are playing a game in the next room. Software cannot distinguish between different sounds as humans can. They all make noise to the computer.

Third, do not sit too close to the microphone or speak too loudly. There is a calibration function that changes the viewform of the word you want to say and then changes the view form of what it says. If it is too close or too high, the sound waves will be disturbed. Adjust the volume and spacing so that your viewform looks like the viewform in the sample.

Fourth ... and just ... pronounce the word correctly. I know that sounds like advice, but it really isn't. One of the hardest things about learning a new language is that a new language often includes new sounds that you are not used to. If you just say the word ign using your English (or someone else's) voice, your accent is bad and the computer can't understand. I am a Russian who says zero and some wrong patches rrrecorrr device .... of course they will say they are wrong!

Let's consider this last point: the tone is slow. We don't want to learn new voices. Sometimes they are rude, sometimes we feel crazy making these weird noises. Don't let pride or laziness deter you from learning to speak properly. Listen to your voice and correct it.

I've never used it, but I know that almost everyone is very bad at the language they speak (I think they speak it fluently). Sounds like a great increase, but for 1/10 more and you'll probably get better than that. I think it works best to find a self-learning manual or course that works for you, as long as you combine it with a little listening practice and everything else you can find on the internet. Learning a language is not expensive. Put this money in a plane ticket to Italy, it will serve you much better and much more.

There you can define your profile in graphic options: for women, for men or for children (because their voices are different). Maybe you chose the wrong option? look at this.
It could be your fault. Check if it works in other software. If not here's a new product just for you!
