Does Colorsilk Rum already contain bleach? 3

Does the colorless rim line contain white bleach? I like to use blonde color on my extensions to lighten the scalp, but I don't want to use bleach. This is my favorite hair color so I was wondering if it contains bleach.

I'm sure it looks yellow ... but I used my friend's hair in rum silk ... and it turned copper yellow. (She has hair).

I recommend buying toner with it!
