Looking to buy from DS, I saw a series of column slab foundations. what's this? I know what a column base and a slab base are, but I can't find a combination of them anywhere. Who are the / cons?
The beam foundation in the pile consists of vertical beams that support through the foundation. Usually in 8 centers. The base is then placed between these vertical beams to form the base. Sometimes the vertical beams are hammered and then the beams are placed and concreted. Then they sink the walls / foundations together between these vertical beams. This gives the baking plate a special edge. If this is not what you are looking for, ask the broker and be sure to find out.
