Violation of NH EZp?
Violations must be reported within 30 days (usually 20 days) of the violation date.
The customer has 60 days from the date of the violation to pay the EZP New Hampshire Customer Service Center (CSC).
After 60 days from the date of violation, if payment is not received, the CSC will report the violation to the New Hampshire Department of Motor Vehicle Safety (DMV).
DMV New Hampshire will issue a suspension letter for your vehicle registration and / or vehicle registration.
After 30 days, if the EZP tool violation is not paid or canceled, your SIM and / or STN will be frozen on the date indicated on the suspended letter.
You cannot pay for tools unless you have a tool violation in the mail.
Upon receipt of this notice, complete sections B and D, explain your situation, and return the violation notice with a toll rate check.
An EZP customer service representative will review your statement and determine if it is a serious violation of New Hampshire EZP rules and regulations.
In this case, no administration fee will be charged. All customers, except those who pay through the site, will receive a Letter of Determination (DTR) from the Customer Service Center outlining the outcome of their dispute.
This type of violation is not considered an ongoing violation and does not affect the insurance rate.
