So I am a gymnast and I peeled the skin with my hands while practicing on the barbell. My trainer recommended me Nova Pele and I bought it. When I applied it I was terrified of the horrible sting / stinging feeling, but then I read that it was normal. I put it back and took the syringe. After 1020 seconds everything was fine. I searched the internet but couldn't find the reason for the heat. I want to know the science behind uct and what it burns. Thanks!
