Naver is a well-known search engine from South Korea that was founded in 1999 and was recently the most popular search engine in this country (in 2017, 75% of all searches came from Naver).
Naver was the first search engine to introduce a full search service in 2000. This solution allows users to get results from different search formats on the same page (Google introduced a similar feature 5 years later). Naver has also launched numerous other services such as Knowledge iN, a question and answer platform (similar to Yahoo! Answers), the Naver blog, Naver Webtoon or Naver Cafe.

Naver actively promotes its services, which makes them occupy a large portion of the search results. Content is evaluated using 2 main algorithms and additional factors. The two algorithms are CRank (Creator Rank), which focuses on Naver UGC, and PRank, which uses artificial intelligence to rank the quality of websites. You need to pay attention to the correct heading structure, user-oriented content, and natural internal and external links.
