Danzo = Macau's sister? 3

Is that possible? Manga says that Ara took her younger brother to the left of her Sheringan and Denzo had only Sheringan to her right. Macau is immortal and has long needed his brother Sheringan, and he looks like old Danzo. Does anyone else think so?
