Let Me Know
Is this the correct grammar?
Not too much. Please tell me if I can be more helpful (or ... if I can be more helpful).
Added: If you asked a question, would you say how can I help you? Or can I be more helpful? But this is a statement, not a question, so the words are reversed.
Is this the right grammar to start with? This is not a proper grammar. Grammar There are too many nouns in this context, and you can't use articles with it. Is this grammar correct? would be nice.
The punishment you have sought is also wrong for two (perhaps three) reasons:
1. You ask the question: Am I ...? For an indirect twist question, don't change the subject and verb, so you have to say please let me know if I can ...
2. We don't call for help anymore. Rather, it is impossible to support others.
3. Please tell me if I can help you and if you believe the person you are talking to really needs help. If it's more likely that you don't need further help, you can say, "Let me know if I can help further."
Please let me know how I can help you.
Or later
Please let me know, is there anything I can do to help you?
:)
