Hello,

I am trying to resolve Calia DMV's request for duplicate car files. An offer was made in the first part, I thought it was me. The second part requires a legal registration offer (Pedestrian / Guide), however, do not enter the name of the offer (from Part I). I don't understand what this section is asking for and I wonder if anyone here can help explain it.

The car I bought was a used car from a dealership. I also paid in cash, so I don't think banks or financial companies are involved. I have also attached the link of application form.
