If you take jellies and remove the seeds and especially the electronic veins that contain capsaicin, you can make jellies without heat. Basically cut in half, remove the stones and let the pepper out of the veins. With this technique, you can either drop the lowercase E and keep the lowercase E, or remove everything. You can also get pepper that looks a bit like jalepeños and tastes a bit, maybe Cuban. My personal recipe basically looks like this: Put it in a food processor: 45 cloves of garlic, red chilli juice for flavor, medium onion, 1/2 lemon juice, a teaspoon of garlic, salt, 12 tablespoons. I also added a pot of canned tomatoes to the rum. I get half the juice from my garden (you can use a big can of black tomatoes). Then I barely squeezed, so you still have a few pieces of tomato. Refrigerate for 4 hours to mix flavors and viola. You can also be creative by adding things like corn, beans, etc.
