I am in my fifth year of college, with 2 semesters left before becoming a major in nursing. I am telling you that nursing school should be strict. During the first semester of my special program, we had five classes a week and two labs (to learn practical nursing). Each class lasts four hours and we meet once a week for each class. In addition, there are online modules and tests that we should take (ATI), usually 12 a week. These modules / tests last between 12 hours each.

In addition, every week we have SS ticks, which we study in our lab. Two labs a week equals two ticks a week. For that we had to go inside and do it in front of one of the instructors. Very scary. We have 3 out of 5 keys reviewed every 3 weeks. Imae, with 3G tests every 3 weeks. ME For my nursing research course, we had to complete several evidence-based research projects / articles and a long-term final presentation that we did as a group.

Finally, random projects and presentations are included in case studies, cultural resistance, prevention, and more. So yes, it was difficult, but what really mattered was a lot of priorities, a lot of evaluations and I had to stick to the melodies and fix the book.

The difference between this semester and my first semester is that this time my keys were there. The material was difficult to understand and it was difficult to master the exams the day I had to study them. For pharmacology, I really have to study every day or I will not be able to keep the information.

I don't want to scare you, but it's a lot of work. Some people shy away from feeling the same stress that I suggest. Some people survive without leaving the forest or studying the week before. It can be done, but my goal is not just to get all the A that I can afford, I can add. My goal is to understand the material and make it as safe as possible to become the best nurse. I eat, I drink, I live. And sometimes I really hate my life, hahaha, but the weird thing is, it's quite satisfying. I know that when I graduate, I will be ready to complete my NCLEX and enter a competent medical environment.

Nursing school is difficult. It takes a long time. If you also need to work, baby set, parenting, socializing, etc. This is the place for you.
