Is it possible to add a generator to a 5th Wheel?

Since most 5th wheels out there for sale I’m looking dont have generators, is it possible or should I say easy to install a generator on a 5th wheel which doesn’t have one from the factory? I just happen to see one where the owner did this but didn’t have the chance to ask any questions and the install looked factory too.
