EverClear is 97% 194 alcohol that is legally sold in only a few states. But I have been told that it is better to buy and carry it where it is allowed. (Even if you live in a state that doesn't sell it legally) as long as you own it and donate / distribute it to others.
For example, I live in Ohio. EverClear for sale in Kentucky. If I go to Kentuc and buy it there, is it legal or not if I can bring it back to Ohio?
To updateOne thing I do know is that I have to buy it.
The question is ... if I buy it in a state where the purchase is legal ... can I take it to a state where it is not legally sold?
Selling is up to the retailer, but as long as you are of legal age there is no law or property.
