I also filed a lawsuit against an Iberimo agent (France) in August in Spain.
A catastrophe ... I got there after a few hours of travel, it took more than an hour and a half below 40 degrees with the kids to get the agency keys.
The native Spanish inmogestiola line is very large.
I arrived at the apartment without hot water for 3 days.
Destructive sheets, noisy hollow garden, 60's television, no relief.
The Iberimo agency has not kept its promises and I strongly recommend the agency that receives the money but does not care about the comfort of its clients.
No problem with Iberimo.
I have been with them for 5 years and have never been disappointed.
They do not just hire private agents in Spain. It's a little more expensive than spare parts, but at least we're sure they won't steal from us ...
