I forgot my Instagram password but cheated on my email? 3
Well, when I joined Instagram I faked my email address and now I have forgotten my password so I can't retrieve it via email. I can't even bring it back to Facebook.
If you've recently linked your Facebook account to Instagram, you can use Facebook to reset it. There is no other way to recover your password as Instagram will not publish your account.
