How To Fix Dried Tattoo Ink

Guess ... Are you a tattoo artist with amnesia? Or better yet, have you tattooed yourself? I think this may be the last one because if you are a TRUTH tattoo artist you don't have to ask yourself these questions.
No self-proclaimed artist would say that because we do not respect abrasives. (A scraper is a person who has a tattoo that is no longer in use, an apartment, warehouse, trash can, or a location that is not a licensed studio.)
For example, your local health department doesn't know what you're doing ... It's not easy to pay.
I just got a tattoo a month ago. Here is what I experienced: The tattoo loses some ink and fades as soon as it heals, especially after sending a curse. Make it easy too. This is very normal. Wash daily with antibacterial soap and apply ointment and plastic wrap. I use Aquapr ointment (available from Walgreen or CVS) and antibacterial soap. Do not rub or scratch the tattoo. Wait another three or four days. At this point, you should be able to remove the hat and the tattoo should be a little lighter. Wash and dry and see if any important parts come out. In that case, wait a while (a week or two) to make sure it's completely healed.
Mix it in water, I think it's fine, but the water is dirty so I use it cheap, sterile, this is what my artist uses when he opens the ink box that has been around for a long time. Not used or the ink is weird, I saw it mixed, I didn't do it and he said dry water doesn't use because it's not sterile I'm not a doctor / artist so it's for me Don't take risks but it's good for me and I see it should be.
