Fomo
Short for Fear of Missing Out, used when a person is afraid of missing (or missing) an opportunity by doing nothing or not attending a social event such as a party, concert, or vacation trip. For example, I decided not to go to a party and now everyone is posting pictures of it. I'm really bad at FOMO.
