If someone issues a false receipt that gives the impression that the device was purchased last year instead of 2 years ago to be eligible for warranty repairs, is that too much? Do you care or will this violation stop? Your Just BS item will be damaged after the warranty expires. I don't usually have such dark thoughts ... I mean ... oh ... not my friend ... but I mean, she's tired of treating cheap electronics.

And your friends will be surprised because the serial number of the item tells when it was made and probably first sold. The warranty company may also provide a guaranteed purchase date if the purchase was made more than two years ago.
Most electronic devices today should be of the same use. It is expected to change regularly.
Your Just BS item will be damaged after the warranty expires. My Sears TV's warranty expires two years after purchase. That was 14 years ago. It will not fly.
