Et20 is ethyl ether, also called ether and ethylene. The formula of ethyl ether is CH3CH2OCH2CH3. It is commonly used as solvent and general anesthetic.
It is called Et2O because CH3CH2 chain is an ethyl chain. (CH3 is useful). Comes with oxygen, it's ether.
