I don't like it either, but I cook it with wine.
Alcohol does not usually cause gas. You can be irritated by tannins of dry alcohol such as cabernet sovignon. The red taxi did this to me.
This is possible, especially in the whole abdomen. Carbonated alcohol can definitely help fill your stomach with bubbles.
You can take antacids when the bathtub is full.
