I have an old navy blue shirt. It's big, I'd like to limit it to at least one medium, small if possible. It is made of 60% cotton and 40% modal, whatever. I can wash with water and dry on high heat. Do you think it will ever shrink? I never wash my clothes (I'm 14 years old, my mom or dad washes them), so I'm also wondering if I should wear them to wash clothes.

Rinse with water (yes, soap) and keep in the dryer to make sure it is at the highest level. If you are wondering why you should not drink water, it is because water shrinks your clothes.
