We have a $ 40 plan. This includes unlimited domestic and SMS calls, but does not include international calls. So if someone calls us from outside the US or sends us a text message, will we be charged (incoming international call / SMS)?
If you want to send text internationally, you'll need to upgrade to the $ 45 million plan. And the answer to your question is: no Metro PCS will charge your account unless you make changes to your plan, add or remove features. However, you can still receive free international calls!
