I ate this little bag of Cheezit portable luggage without realizing it had a shelf life of two months. Am i tired of it

No, it's corn starch. They may not be able to eat because they expired due to food poisoning. They don't get cold anymore, so the store labels them so customers don't have to worry. I know you will be upset if you buy old cheese, but they will not make you sick. Most things are better than the expiration date. But really, the only thing to worry about dates are birds.

You will be fine You are less likely to get sick. If I eat old yogurt or stale sauce, I will get upset. But no, yes.
Grocery is usually available one week before the expiration date. Bread can be wonderful. You may be more skeptical when you understand ideas like dairy and meat products. Just take the scent, taste it, and if you don't like it, don't eat it again!
It's not stupid, you know what soldiers eat as food for a year and that's great =)
