You may mean by insensitivity, that is, a person who is at some point less sensitive to a substance or action, such as B. an allergy that makes the victim's reaction to the allergen insensitive or the person emotionally insensitive. Makes sensitive?
If you find this word hidden somewhere then my guess is that it is wrong or the author is trying to find a new word. In that case, it would seem like a synthetic substance to me if it was reconstituted with natural ingredients or broken down into ■■■■ ingredients. Or it may refer to synthetic music that is divided into separate tracks.
Of course it's all speculation!

I've seen a lot of people (not) use the word you entered instead of making it insensitive ... which means you are not completely attracted to anyone.
