You can't activate all three cards at the same time, you have to do it one by one. It only takes a few seconds for each one ... not cold. No, you can't go to the bank and get your refund, but consider this card as cash ... it can be used wherever a visa is required. If you really need money, offer to buy medical supplies or give a card to someone who gives you money. Help for example !!! :)
