Can you grind with Heelys?

Do they still make soap shoes?
Currently no original Soap Shoes are being made. Heeling Sports Limited, the popular 90s brand that created shoes with wheels in the sole called Heelys, acquired Soap in 2002, which was then acquired by Sequential Brand Group who purchased the soap and remaining grind shoe patents.
What’s the best way to make a Heely?
First insert your wheels. Set or align the wheel into the “bracket” as well as you can. Make a fist and hit the wheel with the bottom of your fist to fully “seat” the axles into the “bracket”.
How do you remove a wheel from a Heely shoe?
Press down hard with your thumbs on the top of the wheel until that side pops out of its bracket. Turn the shoe over and press down on the other side of the wheel to snap it out of the shoe. Store the wheels in an easy-to-remember location. If your Heelys have side-mounted wheels, you’ll need a screwdriver to remove the wheel.
How do you put a plate on a shoe?
Place your shoe on the plate material, and trace around the bottom. Then, decide where you want the plate to be on the sole. I chose to put it about where my arch is, slightly farther back thasn the middle. This is your choice. Then , use the hacksaw to cut out a square containing your plate.
Where is the wheel plug in a Heely shoe?
If you look inside the empty wheel cavity (the wheel cavity is the hole on the bottom of the shoe where you normally insert your wheel and/or plugs), you’ll find the type and size of wheel/plug that your shoe uses imprinted inside the wheel cavity.

Follow the steps below to remove your wheels: Hold the shoe upside down with the sole and wheel facing away from you. Position both thumbs (one on top of the other) against the side of the wheel that is closer to you. Using your thumbs, push out and upward on the side of the wheel.

Where can I buy a new Heelys wheel?
You can purchase replacement wheel kits on our Heelys Shop. How do I insert my wheels into the shoes? Place the wheel in the wheel bracket and make sure the axle is aligned with the axle arms. With the palm of your hand, push the wheel into the bracket as hard as you can.
