My husband fell in love with this cheese but no one else in the family likes it and now I have this big block of product. Can I freeze something to eat, even if something goes wrong?
You can freeze any type of cheese, but the integrity of the texture will be compromised.
Wrap each part in aluminum foil and place in the freezer to allow air to escape completely. Long shelf life in freezer (several months)
