Caesar Dressing Weight Watchers Points
w Are There Many Weight Watchers in Chicken Caesar Salad? 3
I am (but not a WW member) and had a small lunch meeting at a local restaurant. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar salad with side dressing and it came in a medium sized dish. I don't eat croutons or sauces, I just give my forks and / or salads a little water. The salad had Parmesan cheese which I ate and the chicken was skinless.
Can anyone who really knows the weight watchers and POINTS system tell me how many points it is possible to earn?

Without knowing the exact serving of each ingredient in the salad, I suggest that you consider serving each salad separately and then adding points. What about this 4 ounce chicken, two tablespoons of Permison, two tablespoons of gravy ...? Find each one and add these points.
