The butcher has paper mats ... Do you know the things that are usually the size of a person with a pile of plain paper on top? Will the paper you put up and the first sheet be turned over and moved to the next place? Commonly used for back exercises / briefings etc. This is the role of a butcher.

I wonder if anyone knows where to buy brown paper. My WLC ng list says I need 2 sheets of brown paper and I don't know what they are.

Butchers are paper mats ... you know the things that are usually the size of a person with a pile of plain paper on top? The paper you put on top and when you fill out the first sheet, flip it over and move on to the next? Usually for briefing / hip pocket training etc. This is the role of the butcher.
