You have to get it through AKO.
Log in to AKO as usual.
From the Self-Service drop-down menu, click My Clothes.
When it appears, look at the right half of the screen and click the link to access a copy of your CIF clothing record.
This will open a new window with your existing CIF clothing record.

Technically, a military man can only wear earrings when he is on vacation. The rest of the time they have to be unrestrained. My advice is not to use it during deployment or in any social environment (on or outside the base) where other troops are present. Most militia members I know with earrings usually allow it after elementary and technical school, as earrings cannot be worn during this period or after the mission.
I did exactly as you said but I opened the option to use email or CAC card and both don't work ... any different way?
