I bought an apostolic sweater on your website and it doesn't fit. What is the return policy?

I am currently an Apostale Agent and the policy is that we will credit the amount in your credit / debit card or gift card that you returned upon proof of online purchase. If you do not have a receipt, we may issue you an existing sales gift card. There is no time limit for return with receipt of return request. All items purchased online can be returned to any Apostale store, including Clearance Items, Web Exclusions and Jamies. If you are unable to reach the store, follow the shipment instructions for return mailing.

If you have a receipt and the tag has not been removed, you can return it. If they do not return, take them to a place where used clothes are acceptable, as the less fortunate may buy them.
