London, Aberdeen and Glasgow are cities in England. It could be a sign of their origin, as if they were born in England. From Cambridge to Boston, ... you can never find a place to live, so you have to pledge a place to live. I've never heard this song before so it's just a guess.
Aberdeen's heart means he was born there.
London Eyes means he spent his childhood there.
Glasgow Bones means you work there.
